Q: How does the raffle work

  1. Buy your tickets online à receive your raffle numbers via email à winning number is randomly drawn at 7pm each Saturday.

 Q: Can I buy my raffle tickets in person?

  1. No. All raffle ticket purchases must be made online with a valid credit card.

 Q: When is the draw?

  1. Early Bird draws take place each Saturday at 7pm (excluding Grand Prize draw day).
  2. Grand Prize draw takes place the last Saturday of each month at 7pm.

 Q: How will I know if I win?

a.The winning number will be announced on Delta Bingo’s social media channels, on DeltaBingo5050.com, and the registered purchaser will be contacted via email.

 Q: How do winners get their money?

a. All winners are issued a cheque for the full prize amount. The draw winner will be contacted via email to arrange prize pickup/delivery. Winners must allow 3 - 5 days for the cheque to be processed, and additional days for delivery via registered mail. Winner can also choose to pick up the prizing cheque from a Delta Bingo location. Pick up does not guarantee a faster issuing process.

 Q: When do ticket sales open and close? When does the next draw open?

a.Raffle sales close at 6:30pm on Grand Prize draw day, and reopen for a new draw pool at 9:00am the next day (Sunday).

 Q: Who can participate?

a. Anyone 18+ years of age who lives in Ontario can purchase raffle tickets.

 Q: Do I have to pick up my tickets before the draw?

a. No. Your ticket numbers will be emailed to you. The raffle draw is completely digital.

 Q: Are the raffles specific to each hall?

a. No. We are unable to run simultaneous raffles pertaining to individual halls. There is only one raffle that includes all participants throughout the province.
